2024年10月13日、第64回工大祭の学科展で林研究室の紹介を行いました。来場者に研究室の目標と日々の活動を説明し、小さな子どもたちにはロボットの操縦体験を楽しんでもらいました。

1.4 master course students (4 persons)
Grant: 144,000 yen per month
2. Doctoral course students. (2 persons)
Grant: 145,000 yen per month
Free for tuition fee, admission fees,
Support the round-trip air ticket to Japan.
- To study at the School of Computer Science and System Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology.
Study area: Ex: Robotics, AI, Control Engineering, Data Science., etc(Please see the attached information)

「Save the sea ~地島 ビーチクリーン~ 」に参加しました
2023年11月11日(土)に福岡県宗像市地島で行われたビーチクリーンイベントに参加しました．
島民の方々や，ボランティアの方々と一緒に複数のチームに分かれ，担当する海岸を清掃しました．
西日本製造技術イノベーション2022に参加しました
2022年7月6日～8日にかけて北九州市西日本総合展示場新館で行われた、西日本製造技術イノベーション2022で、本研究室の自律移動ロボットSOMAと自律的な食品の把持・盛り付けロボットmotomanの展示を行いました。
下関市でビーチクリーン活動に参加しました
6/25（土）～ 6/26（日）に山口県下関市豊北町で行われたビーチクリーンイベントに参加しました。
25日は豊北町生涯学習センターで学生交流ワークショップが開催され、修士2年の友川拓巳が発表を行いました。
翌日は同町阿川ほうせんぐり海浜公園で行われた海岸清掃イベントに参加し、ゴミ拾いを行うとともに海岸清掃ロボットやドローンの紹介も行いました。
九工大若松キャンパスで駅伝大会に参加しました
2022年5月14日に人、ロボット、動物が共存する未来のための取り組みである第7回学研ヒルズ駅伝大会に本研究室の学生3名とロボット1台で参加しました。
宗像市北斗水汲み公園にてロボット実証実験をしました
2022年5月3日、宗像市北斗水汲み公園にて行われた海岸清掃活動で本研究室の自律移動ロボットSOMAの走行テストを行いました。
地島でのビーチクリーン活動に参加しました
2022年4月9日（土）に福岡県宗像市地島で行われたビーチクリーンイベントに参加しました。
白浜港・柏港の2港で海岸清掃を行い、海岸清掃ロボットの開発状況の報告も行いました。
